“We’re thrilled by what Kat brings to the table—her vast and diverse experience across public and private companies, private equity-backed organizations, and founder-led businesses gives her a unique perspective on how finance can help companies like ours grow and thrive,” said George Caruso, president of Benjamin Obdyke. “Just as important, she is a people-first leader who believes that the best solutions come from bringing together different perspectives and working toward a shared goal. This approach, along with her natural curiosity and strong analytical thinking, are an ideal fit for the way we work and will no doubt contribute to strong outcomes.”

Similarly, Cozza was drawn to the strength of Benjamin Obdyke’s company culture, people, and clear commitment to long-term success. “Benjamin Obdyke has built an impressive reputation for innovation, quality, and customer focus, and I’m looking forward to becoming part of that story,” Cozza said. “I am especially excited about joining an employee-owned company; there is something powerful about a culture where employees have a direct stake in the success of the business. That ownership mindset encourages collaboration, accountability, and long-term thinking, which are values that strongly resonate with me.”

Cozza is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
