LMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Sandi Donato to Senior Manager of Kitchen & Bath. In this role, Ms. Donato will report directly to John Keeley. Sandi succeeds Deirdre Garland who was named LMC’s Vice President of Marketing in June 2026.

“I’ve been fortunate to work alongside Sandi for the past nine years and have learned so much from her. Her deep dealer and LMC knowledge, unwavering integrity, strong work ethic, and passion for serving our members make her an exceptional leader. Sandi represents the very best of LMC, and her impact can be seen in countless ways across our organization. I am excited to see her step into this new leadership position, and I look forward to the continued growth and development of our Kitchen & Bath department. Sandi will bring a fresh leadership perspective with a strong foundation in our dealer and supplier community” remarked Deirdre.
