Home Central is proud to welcome the Corning Building Company and its dedicated team to the Home Central family as the historic, generational family-owned business begins a new chapter as Corning’s Home Central.
For nearly 179 years, the Corning Building Company and the Smith family have been a trusted part of the Corning community. Now, the torch has been passed from one family-owned business to another, creating an opportunity to honor the past while building an even stronger future for the community and the customers both businesses have proudly served.

The addition of Corning’s Home Central marks the fourth Home Central retail location, joining the company’s existing stores in Owego, Vestal, and Candor.
