Woodgrain, a leading manufacturer and distributor of millwork and building materials, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Regional Vice Presidents in the Distribution Division underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening leadership, expanding market presence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Dan Ritter, who has been with the company for 24 years, has been promoted to vice president of the central region. Dan has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company, including product management, corporate procurement, and branch operations, most recently serving as the senior director of supplier management and pricing. Dan shared, “I am truly honored and excited to step into the role of vice president of the central region. The region is home to an extraordinary team whose talent and dedication set a high standard of excellence. I look forward not only to leading, but also to learning from each of our associates as we work together to strengthen our relationships with customers, elevate our performance, and build upon the strong groundwork that has already been established.”

Bob Furio has been appointed vice president of the west region, marking both a return from retirement and a return to the company, where he most recently served as COO for Huttig Building Products. A highly respected leader, Bob brings 40 years of experience and an impressive background in our industry, including 29 years with PrimeSource in a variety of positions ranging from controller to co-CEO. Bob shared “I am energized to return to work alongside the incredible team at Woodgrain. With a talented team, a strong foundation, and a network of locations that position us for success, the opportunities ahead are tremendous. I am looking forward to rolling up my sleeves, collaborating closely with our people, and building on the incredible work already in place.
