Woodgrain, a leading manufacturer and distributor of millwork and building materials, is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Aemmer to president of the distribution division effective the end of July. In his new role, Matt will oversee strategic operations and drive performance across the distribution division, bringing visionary leadership, operational expertise, and a strong track record of success to the position.

Since joining Woodgrain in 2007, Matt has played a key role in expanding new markets and developing high-performing teams. “Matt has been a driving force behind our regional and divisional growth and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, deep market insight, and a relentless focus on our customers,” said incoming Woodgrain CEO Todd Dame. “We are thrilled to see him step into this expanded leadership role.”
“I’m honored to take on this new challenge and continue advancing Woodgrain’s mission at the divisional level,” said Matt Aemmer. “I look forward to working with our talented teams to drive innovation, growth, and value for our customers and stakeholders.”
