The Western New York Lumber Dealers Association (WNYLDA) brought laughter and celebration to its Annual Meeting on Friday, November 7, at Rochester’s Char Steak & Lounge. Guests enjoyed an open-bar reception, dinner, and side-splitting comedy from a top comedian-magician.
Steve Perry of Knapp & Schlappi Lumber was honored with the 2025 WNYLDA Industry Excellence Award, celebrating his rise from yard worker in 1986 to partner and community supporter. The evening also recognized top vendors and salespeople, while NRLA President Rita Ferris shared updates on the association and LBM Expo.
