With over 28 years of sales experience, including 20 years in sales leadership roles, Schulz brings a wealth of expertise along with a proven track record of driving sales growth in both established territories and emerging markets.
Throughout his career, Schulz has consistently delivered exceptional results, earning recognition as a top performer at several national manufacturers, including Milgard Windows, TruExterior Siding & Trim, and WindsorONE. Schulz previously served as the Regional Manager for Boral Building Products (acquired by Westlake/Royal), where he played a pivotal role in establishing the leading brand of Poly-Ash siding and trim.

Leveraging his expertise and industry knowledge, he will work closely with customers throughout his market to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Schulz enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter, as well as pursuing his passion for golfing and attending local high school sporting events.
