Tando Composites has partnered with Woodgrain to expand distribution in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Woodgrain will carry the full line of Tando Composites’ products, including Beach House Shake, the authentic composite shingle, and TandoStone, the #1 brand of composite stone.

Woodgrain joined with Tando Composites for a special kick-off event on June 23, featuring the stars of the Maine Cabin Masters TV show, including Chase Morrill, Ashley Morrill, Ryan Eldridge, Jared “Jedi” Baker, and Matt “Dixie” Dix. Tando Composites’ Beach House Shake in Pacifica style was featured on Maine Cabin Masters’ June 16 Season 11 premiere.

“We are honored to join forces with Woodgrain,” said Ralph Bruno, CEO, Derby Building Products, parent company of Tando Composites. “Installer demand for Tando Composites is really strong. Building out a distribution model that makes our brands easy to buy at he the dealer and installer level is paramount and adding distributors with the experience and reach of Woodgrain accelerates category creation.” Bruno added, “We also could have not found a more exciting way to launch Woodgrain’s partnership than to bring in the talented team from Maine Cabin Masters, who have had hands-on experience with Beach House Shake on several projects, including this recent renovation.”

“We’re excited to announce our new distribution partnership with Tando Composites,” said Chuck Cormier, regional sales manager, Woodgrain. “At Woodgrain, we’re dedicated to offering top-tier, innovative building products—and Tando Composites’ standout lines, including TandoStone and Beach House Shake, perfectly align with that goal. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver high-performing, visually appealing solutions to building material suppliers throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.”

Beach House Shake is available in four distinctive styles: Atlantica, a silvery gray inspired by bleached cedar shingles; Sandcastle, with the look of fresh white cedar; Hatteras, a deep gray, rich gray reminiscent of the southern coast, and Pacifica, with the beauty of western red cedar.  Unlike natural cedar shingles, Beach House Shake retains its authentic cedar appearance from the day it’s installed throughout the lifetime of the home. It also meets certification standards for High Velocity Hurricane Zones by Miami-Dade County.
