Nation’s Best, a holding company operating a growing portfolio of independent hardlines retail stores and distribution centers serving the construction industry, now offers Simpson Strong-Tie’s Outdoor Living Solutions Software at 14 of its stores across the United States. Employees and customers at each store will be able to quickly design strong, beautiful outdoor structures in just minutes.

The new locations will adopt Deck Planner Software and Pergola Planner Software. Both web-based tools feature pre-built templates that allow users to design decks and pergolas in 2D or 3D, select from a range of materials, highlight critical connections and generate a bill of materials.

“Demand for outdoor living is stronger than ever, and these software programs from Simpson Strong-Tie will help our pro and consumer customers design spaces that are not only beautiful, but safe,” said Matt Harrington, Vice President Retail Strategy for Nation’s Best. “At the same time, our staff members can increase efficiencies and further strengthen customer service.”

Nation’s Best locations adding the software comprise: Crafty Beaver in Skokie, Laurence and North Central, Illinois; Calaveras Lumber in Angels Camp, California; Sonora Lumber in Sonora, California; Woodland Building Supply in Springerville, Arizona; BTU Holding in Las Vegas, New Mexico; Lambert Lumber in Broken Bow, Oklahoma; Ron’s Lumber in Howe, Oklahoma; Groom and Sons’ in West Tawakoni, Texas; B&S Gilmer in Gilmer and Pittsburgh, Texas; East Texas Lumber in Kilgore, Texas; and Caron Building Center in Berlin, New Hampshire.
