LP Building Solutions (LP), a leading manufacturer of high-performance building products,  today announced the appointment of Kaycee Casteel as Vice President of Human Resources, effective immediately.

In her new role, Casteel will oversee all HR functions, including workforce strategy, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and talent management across recruitment, retention, and succession planning. The promotion consolidates HR leadership under a single executive, aligning with LP’s companywide integration strategy introduced in 2025.

Since joining LP in 2018, Casteel has held a series of HR roles with increasing scope and responsibility, including Corporate HR Director, OSB HR Director, and most recently HR Director for Commercial, Corporate, and Strategic HR Functions. She has successfully led teams and implemented programs that align HR strategy with the company’s operational and strategic priorities.

Casteel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Tennessee Tech University.
