Kodiak Building Partners, a leading building materials distributor, has appointed Sandra Jacoby as senior vice president of human resources. In this role, she will lead HR strategy and support the company’s ongoing growth, while focusing on our most valuable resource—our people.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, Sandra has guided HR, facilities management and internal communications for rapidly growing organizations. She led transformative HR initiatives aligned with corporate strategies, while enhancing culture and operational efficiency. Most recently she served as SVP of corporate administration at PDC Energy, where she played a key role in the company’s integration of business acquisitions and eventual sale.

Sandra holds a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Wyoming. She also holds HR certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), as well as mediation and employment law credentials.
