Benjamin Obdyke, a leading supplier of high-performance building envelope products, has promoted Richard Ferro to district sales manager – Mid-Atlantic. In his new role, Ferro will lead the company’s sales professionals across the region, coach and develop team members, build and strengthen customer relationships, and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales performance.

“The District Sales Manager position requires balancing people leadership, business planning, and customer engagement to deliver strong results. With his top-level performance since joining the organization, Rich has proven he can thrive in this role. He is also the first person to reach out to other people within the organization to lend a hand and live our values,” said Bill Warfield, regional sales manager, Northeast/Mid-Atlantic for Benjamin Obdyke. “We know he will continue to grow and expand our presence in the Mid-Atlantic market by working collaboratively with our customers and sales team.”

Ferro joined Benjamin Obdyke in January 2023 as the market development manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, supporting customers in New Jersey and central and eastern Pennsylvania.
