Arnold Lumber Company, a full-service lumberyard offering building materials, a full line of masonry supplies, cabinetry, and a Kitchen & Bath Design Center Showroom has hired Tom Cafaro as their new Director of Sales & Marketing based in West Kingston, reporting to Matt Semonik, COO.
