LBM Advantage is pleased to announce that its NextGen Steering Committee has elected new leadership, naming Alex Moyer, Owner of A.D. Moyer Lumber as Chairman and Adam Collins, manager at S.W. Collins Company as vice chairman.
The NextGen Steering Committee plays a key role in shaping programming and initiatives designed to engage and develop the next generation of leaders within the LBM Advantage member community. The committee provides insight, guidance, and fresh perspectives to help ensure the long-term strength and relevance of the organization and help plan and lead an Annual Leadership Conference, quarterly Roundtables, and other educational sessions throughout the year.

As a fourth-generation partner who has worked in every department at A.D. Moyer, Alex Moyer brings a strong commitment to leadership development and member collaboration. As Chairman, he will work closely with his Vice chairman, fellow committee members, and LBM Advantage leadership to advance initiatives that support education, peer connection, and professional growth for emerging industry leaders.
Adam Collins, elected as Vice Chairman, is a key sixth generation member of his company and brings valuable experience in finance, purchasing, and management. In his new role, Collins will support committee strategy and execution while helping expand engagement and participation across the NextGen network using a thoughtful, forward-looking approach.
“Alex and Adam both exemplify the leadership, energy, and vision that the NextGen program was created to foster,” said Dave DeJoy, President & CEO of LBM Advantage. “We’re excited to see the direction this committee will take under their leadership.”
LBM Advantage extends its appreciation to the outgoing committee leadership for their service and contributions and looks forward to continued momentum and innovation from the NextGen Steering Committee.
