After an extensive internal and external search, Rebecca stood out not only for her industry experience, but also for her deep alignment with Hancock’s culture, values, and philosophy of shared leadership.

Rebecca brings over 15 years of retail management experience, most recently at Home Depot where she led large teams and highly dynamic operations. Her background also includes time in the healthcare industry, supporting EMR systems across hospitals and medical offices, as well as a five-year chapter in banking, working closely with credit card operations.

Rebecca has been interested in Hancock Lumber for some time.
