LBM Advantage is pleased to announce several strategic leadership additions and assignments that further strengthen its presence in the Southwest market, reinforcing the co-op’s long-standing commitment to growth in the region.
LBM Advantage has been active in the Southwest since 2012, and the market remains critically important to the organization’s long-term growth strategy. These recent investments reflect a continued focus on building a stronger team to support members and address growth across a region that has delivered a 19% compound annual growth rate over the past two years and that offers a combined 175 years of trading experience.

As previously announced, Justin Dishman has been named Forest Products Manager of the Conroe, Texas office. Justin officially began his role on Monday, January 5, bringing more than a decade of industry experience in the Texas market, along with proven supervisory leadership. In his role, Justin will oversee operations in Conroe and support continued regional growth. He reports to Tim Johnson, LBM Advantage’s Vice President of Forest Products.
In addition, Wade Dickert joined LBM Advantage on January 12 as a Forest Products Trader, further strengthening the Southwest team. Wade is a seasoned industry professional with experience across a broad range of products and a particularly strong background in framing, which will be a key focus in his role. Some of Wade’s previous positions were with premier vendors Boise Cascade, West Fraser and Great Southern Wood Preserving. He will report to Justin Dishman and will be based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
As part of ongoing efforts to enhance service and market coverage, Andy Polbos, Forest Products Operations and Development Manager, has also been assigned to the Conroe office. In this role, Andy will support both the Conroe team and LBM Advantage’s Member Development efforts across the Southwest market. His focus will be on strengthening market presence and delivering the high level of service members expect. Andy brings extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of LBM Advantage’s operations and will serve as valuable boots on the ground in the region while maintaining his current responsibilities.

The Conroe office is further strengthened by the Southwest team, including Tim Kroon, Trader; Doug Rodermund, Trader; Kirk Miller, Trader; Barry Brooks, Member Development Manager; Jason Ealand, Member Development Manager, and Angela Hill, Coordinator, whose experience and dedication support continued momentum in the region. With these leadership enhancements, LBM Advantage continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting members, strengthening partnerships, and investing in long term regional growth.
