Envision Outdoor Living Products, manufacturer of Envision composite decking and Fairway deck railings, has appointed Adam Caplinger to Director of Sales. Caplinger previously served as the company’s Southeast Division Manager.

As Director of Sales, Caplinger will be responsible for developing sales plans geared toward growth and customer satisfaction while maintaining an unwavering commitment to Envision’s core values: honesty and integrity, compliance, safety, quality, execution, and profitability.
Prior to joining Envision in 2023, Caplinger spent eight years with FastenMaster in various roles managing and leading sales in the Southeast region. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
