LBM Advantage is excited to announce the addition of two new traders to their growing team. Panel trader, Alan Rothermel, and Specialties trader, Steven Emm, bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service to Advantage’s valued members.
Rothermel holds a business and marketing degree and has a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the solar panel and automobile sales industries. Rothermel is excited to leverage his expertise to help contribute to the success of LBM Advantage member organizations. “I’m thrilled to be part of such a welcoming company whose mission is to unite strength to create success for our members,” said Rothermel. “I look forward to working with the team to achieve our goals and continue building on the company’s strong foundation.”
Steven Emm brings decades of experience in the lumber and building industry having begun his career as a lead carpenter for a general contractor. Subsequently, he owned a small residential remodeling company, and held positions in contractor sales and management at several New York and New Jersey lumberyards, one of which is Advantage member, Williams Lumber. “I’m excited to have joined LBM Advantage at such a pivotal time,” commented Emm. “I’m eager to serve our members, build strong relationships with our vendor partners, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.”
