Participants will learn empowering ways to understand your clients’ needs and then work with them to reach the solution required and own the outcome! Ask the right primary questions and listen to identify the right follow-up questions to enable prospects and clients to come to conclusions on their own about change, problem-solving, and buying decisions. With information available at their fingertips, customers expect to get what they want, when they want it. Many organizations are not passing those expectations down to their teams and cause employees to feel pressured, overwhelmed, and ill-prepared. Participants will learn how to effectively set, communicate, and manage expectations, under promise and over deliver, and how to convert frustrated customers to loyal fans.
Read, Interpret, Clarify, and Demonstrate Body Language
Sales and service professionals need to know how to read, interpret, and respond to it. Learn how to interpret and communicate all types of body language that builds trust, invites collaboration, and makes customers feel comfortable to give you honest feedback, and/or work jointly on a project.communication thus improving your service and your business.
