The goal of the NRLA is to offer programs and education tailored to the needs of members. To help us customizing a sales/ service education program that fits the challenges of your company, Mark Altman is facilitating a unique, one-hour discovery session for company leaders. In the session we will discuss how the program would work, what outcomes to expect, and how you could be involved.
We will also provide some sample training on the following topics:

• Overcoming objections
• Proactive & intentional time management
• Improving cross department & generational communication
